Vila Mimosa House has excellent location, great views over the Albufeira Marina, sea and mountains, in a quiet area with good acess to the old town center, marina and beaches. Vila Mimosa House is a beautiful house with a cozy renoveted private swimming pool in one of the most attractive areas in Algarve, Albufeira. The house is located only 3 min walk from a small shopping center and from local bus stop and 15 min walk to Old Town and "Peneco" beach. The space The perfect spot for your well deserved holiday! Vila Mimosa is situated in a residential area, very quiet and stunning views of the Albufeira Marina, sea and mountains. The house is at the level of the first floor and has access by wide exterior stairs, as you can see in the photos. It is an ideal home for people looking for rest, relax, tranquility, golf lovers and sun on vacation, but find the lively nightlife in Marina, just a few minutes walk, or in well-known cosmopolitan old town. Vila Mimosa has 4 bedrooms for rent, 2 doubles and 2 twins bedrooms. The "Violet" double bedroom en suite, is superbly situated next to the pool. It has private bathroom and terrace with independent entrance through the exterior corridor at the back of the house and directly by the swimming pool. The "Violet" double bedroom has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe with drawers and hangers, table, 2 chairs, small fridge, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and some crockery and kitchen utensils, so you can prepare your breakfast or a quick snack. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin with mirror. Private terrace with table and 2 chairs. Vila Mimosa House has a beautiful and cozy swimming pool with sunbeds and parasol to relax and enjoy a drink while enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Vila Mimosa House is not recommended for people with physical mobility, because it is located on the first floor level with lots of stairs as you can be seen in the last photo. The home owner lives on ground floor, with a completely separate entrance. Free parking space available on the street in front of the house. Villa Mimosa House can accommodate up to 9 people. If you need transport from Faro airport to the address, I can help you make the reservation with a professional and private company. Guest access Easy acess to the house through wide exterior stairs. "Violet" double bedroom / studio has access to the rear of the house and its private terrace by the pool. The swimming pool area is shared with guests who may be at the same time in the house. During your stay Ana is the new property manager starting 5 years ago, having redecorated the Vila Mimosa House. I am available anytime by phone/message/email.
