This beautiful 1900's home has been renovated and consists of 5 individual units. This home is located just blocks from Troy University and with in walking distance of our beautiful downtown square. The police department is only one block from the home and provides an extra layer of safety for all guests. The home is currently undergoing exterior renovations and renovations on the back side of the property. The front two units are available for short term rentals. Apartment 1 is a one bedroom, one bath unit that has a separate living space. This unit could easily sleep 3 guests in its current state. We could allow additional guests with the use of a blow up air mattress. We would need to be notified of the need for this ahead of time. Additional cost may be incurred. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and dinnerware. It does not have a stove. The bathroom is equipped with a stand up shower and small hanging closet. Some towels and toiletry items are provided. Each guest will receive a code for the lock prior to arrival. You will have access to parking currently. Future guest will have access to a court yard area once renovations are complete. Guest can reach Kosik Properties via text or email. Information given after booking. We are on one of Troy's busiest streets, but because of thickness of window glass the space is very quiet. You can walk uptown, 3 blocks for unique shopping and dining. We are close enough to Troy University to walk, about 1 mile. We are one block from the police department. Private transportation is the best in my opinion, but bicycling would be convenient or walking. We are conveniently located. Complimentary coffee, bottled water and nonperishable breakfast items are provided for short term guests. Complimentary WiFi will be provided with your stay.
