Welcome to Coastal Cottage in the heart of the Whitsundays! If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, our house is the perfect place to call home. Fully air conditioned, unlimited WiFi and a large fenced yard, perfect for pets and kids. Located within walking distance to Cannonvale Beach, Coles shopping centre, and a variety of restaurants and cafes, including the Fat Frog. Downtown Airlie Beach, boat ramps, and marinas are just a short drive away. The space Coastal Cottage is the perfect spot for your Whitsunday holiday. Whether you're here for a short stay or a longer vacation, enjoy the comfort and convenience of a modern home with an inviting atmosphere. With three large comfortable bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to six guests, making it perfect for families, couples or a friend’s getaway. The open plan living area features comfortable furniture, dining area, large breakfast bar and comfy reading nook. The outdoor deck is perfect to sit back and relax while listening to the birds, enjoying a glass of wine or cooking on the BBQ. Our modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare meals at home. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all essentials such as fresh linens, towels and toiletries PETS: We welcome all sizes and breeds, however more than 2 dogs require prior approval. Pets are welcome inside, but we ask that you respect our house and strictly no pets are allowed on the furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if this rule is broken. CLEANING REFUND: For singles/couples who only use the downstairs and do not use the upstairs bathroom, toilet or bedrooms, we offer a $50 cleaning REFUND. Please note this is subject to leaving the rest of the house in good condition. Guest access You will have access to the entire house (bedrooms are dependent on number of guests) Other things to note PETS: We know how important it is to be able to bring your beloved pets with you on holidays and are pleased to be able to offer a secure, fully fenced yard and pet friendly house. However, we do ask that you are respectful of the furniture and strictly no pets are allowed on the sofas, chairs or beds. Please do not leave your dog inside alone for the day if it is anxious, likely to bark or destroy furniture. We do provide: bowls, towels, toys, treats, and furniture covers. The front driveway gate must be closed and secured in order to contain your pet in the yard. Ultimately, it is up to you to ensure the safety and security of your pets. ** If it is found after check out that pets have been on beds or furniture has pet hair or smells of pets you will be charged an additional professional cleaning fee SECURE BOAT PARKING: Coastal Cottage has two entrances. If you have a large car or are bringing a boat, caravan, etc, the back entrance is the best option. There is a double gate for easy access to drive straight through into the back yard where you will be able to securely park your boat, caravan, etc for added peace of mind. A hose is available for wash CARAVANS: Caravans may be parked in the backyard however, anyone staying in the caravan must be included as a house guest and be added to the booking. THINGS TO NOTE: Please read our house rules before booking. If you fail to respect our home or have more people staying then booked, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately without refund. SECURITY CAMERAS: There are security cameras located at the front door and back deck. These are motion activated and used mainly for when the house is unoccupied. However, if we get complaints from neighbours or feel our rules might be broken, we reserve the right to turn these on. Any recorded footage will be deleted. **We have a permit through the Whitsunday Regional Council to use our house for short term accommodation**
