Located in a quiet area of central District 1, just few minutes away from the signature nightlife area (Bui Vien & Pham Ngu Lao street). Our house has a nice terrace with lots of green plants, cool with cooking stove, desk for working and sun loungers reading books, with the bluetooth speakers you can enjoy your favorite music. Drinks are available in the refrigerator (supermarket price). In the evening, it's great to see the city and meet new friends to sharing travel experiences. The space All the things you need for your vacation is just perfectly stocked in the space. In each private room, we have - 1 Double bed with comfortable mattress. - 01 extra mattress in case of extra occupancy. - 01 Private bathroom. Clean towels, shampoo and shower gel. - 01 washing machine on the terrace for free using. - Free high-speed wifi 24/7 - 42 inch LED Smart TV with Youtube Access - Air conditioner in the room. - The kitchen on terrace is fully equipped with dining table, kitchen appliances and kinds of spice to allow home cooking. - Hair dryer/ Full-body mirror Guest access U will use whole your private room with a private bathroom inside. U will use the common space (the terrace, kitchen) with the other guests. During your stay I respect your privacy and let you completely feel home. Also don’t hesitate to ask me for help or suggestion. I am more than happy to take you to my favourite restaurant near Ben Thanh Market or just up for a cold beer. Other things to note - Floor mattress is only available for 3rd guests in the room. If you have less than 3 people and want to use a floor mattress, we will charge 120.000vnd - PICK UP AIRPORT with private car available with some fee, ask me to help you arrange it if you want our service. - If you have or rent motorbikes, there is a parking (with fee) - 2 minutes walking from our house. We also have CITY TOUR SERVICE with many years of experience so you won't have to worry about WHAT TO EAT and WHERE TO GO. We will provide you with all the useful information you need to explore Saigon with great experiences. - We have total 8 PRIVATE ROOMS, so u also can stay with a big group. If u want to stay with more people, please let us know how many people do u have, we will show u the rooms are still available.
