Description

Casa Rural L'Americà is an accommodation located on the ground floor of a building built in 1913 and recently renovated. The building was the work of a family of the people who, displaced some years to Venezuela and influenced by that land, wanted to contribute here some detail of their experience in American lands (hence the name of the house). After the passage of the property by a family from Castellón who moved to Sant Jordi to practice as a doctor in the 50s and 60s, it was left to our family by the hand of my grandparents Francisco and Rosalía. Using only the first floor of the building as its habitual residence for more than three decades, in 2009 the rehabilitation of the ground floor is made to be used for rural tourism, trying to respect the architecture and distribution of the house, and contributing everything necessary to offer maximum comfort and welfare to the occupants. Highlights the interior courtyard, typical of the buildings of the time, where you can breathe an immense tranquility in the shade of the lemon tree, hearing the trickle of water in the central fountain.
