This is a beautiful 2-Room Suite, French Country décor with private entrance & private deck in a charming neighborhood on the west side of Paso Robles. (The west side is the best side!) North Star's 2-Room Suite is the perfect amount of space for a long weekend! Walking distance to downtown! Paso offers wonderful restaurants, shops, wine tasting rooms (open until 9:30 p.m. on weekends), breweries, live music, Thursday evening summer concerts in the park & the Movie Theater ~ just blocks away. North Star Suite is unique because of it's lovely, private front deck that's nestled amongst a beautiful Japanese Maple tree & oak trees that overlooks the charming neighborhood. Guests enjoy sipping coffee or wine under the red triangle awning on their private front deck & listening to the birds! Your 2-Room Suite has it's own private entrance through French doors that have black wrought iron stars inlaid in the glass. The lighting in the room- anytime of the day- creates a warm glow! Additionally, enjoy your own private hallway, private bath & a Sitting Room/2nd Bedroom. The entire home has softened, filtered purified water - offering superb drinking water right from the tap. The kitchenette in the Queen Room's archway has a half-size refrigerator, a microwave, a mini crock-pot, a coffee maker, a few snacks, drinks, waters, wine glasses and a wine bucket. The Queen Room also has TV with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Pluto & other free channels. The Sitting Room/2nd Bedroom has a very cozy comfortable twin daybed with a Sertapedic mattress & a 4 inch thick Memory Foam mattress topper. (NO backache from a fold out sofa bed!) There's a very large-screen TV with Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Pluto & a whole slew of free channels. Relax & read, or work on your laptop at the French country desk. There are plenty of power-strips to charge batteries. For longer stays or business travel - it is especially nice to use the 2nd room to spread out. ***The price of the Suite includes the county's mandatory 11% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) and SLO County & Paso Robles 3.5% Tourism Taxes The house is approximately 5 blocks from downtown, great for local downtown events, downtown food, wine tasting, breweries, live music and walking tours! There's also live music concerts & picnicking in the park on Thursday nights during the summer! And it's nice to have the option to walk back to your Suite! Alternatively, Uber or Lyft are seconds away for a quick, short ride. Enjoy your stay at North Star Suite! Guests essentially have access to half of the house. They have their own front deck & private entrance, a Queen Bedroom, private hallway & private bath, and a Sitting Room/2nd Bedroom with a twin daybed, large screen TV & a desk to enjoy some extra space. **Guests are required to know & adhere to all House Rules. But it is also briming with culture: art, live music, fine cuisine, wineries and rolling hillsides that are either studded with oak trees or lined with rows of grapevines! Then, after just a 30-minute drive west ~ thru the rolling hills of the canyon~ you arrive @ Highway 1 - along the gorgeous, rugged California Coastline! Central Coast California ~ is the best of California! North Star Suite is close enough to walk downtown for shopping, dinner & a movie, wine tasting rooms open till 9:30 p.m. on Friday & Saturday nights, or a Thursday evening summer Concert in the Paso Robles Park! If you prefer a ride- Uber or Lyft is there in an instant & only costs a few dollars from there- back to North Star Suite. Additionally, there are numerous options for Wine Tours and transportation. A few of them I'll mention are: Uncorked Wine Tours, Crown Limousine & Wine Tours, & The Wine Line. Normal check-in is approximately 3 p.m., unless you arrange a different time with me prior to your arrival. Check out is by 11 a.m. unless otherwise arranged ahead of time. The 2-Room Suite comfortably accommodates up to 3 people. (No more) **Please note there is an additional charge of $35 per night, for a 3rd person.
