Cats not allowed. Clacton-on-Sea - 15 min drive. The space This caravan is inclusive of TV, optional use of air conditioning (extra charge of £10 per day - please note that this has to be from the date you request it until you leave, it cannot be every other day), WiFi. Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite, travel cot and high chair, wardrobes. Bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe. Pull out sofa bed in lounge. Separate bathroom with shower. Kitchen with all crockery, cooking equipment, oven, microwave, cooker hood, kettle, toaster. TOWELS and TEA TOWELS are not included, please bring your own. Toilet paper, hand wash, bin bags and washing up liquid are provided. There has been a lot of recent excessive gas usage, we kindly ask that the boiler is completely turned off when leaving the property (only takes 5 mins to warm up when you’re back) we are monitoring consumption and excessive use will be charged for. Guest access All space on property and veranda. Other things to note There is an outside security camera on the door side of the caravan for security only as the caravan will be empty for some periods of time. Barbecues are not allowed on the decking. Lost key is charged at £50 for replacement of key and security fob which allows access to the Park after hours. Smoking is NOT allowed in the caravan under any circumstances. Charging of ANY electrical vehicle is strictly prohibited. Electric 2 wheeled scooters or segways are not allowed to be used on site. Please chain up the patio furniture, if used, before your departure. No parking on grass, please use the car parking area.
