With you and your friends and family in this fully equipped, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with plenty of space to accommodate up to 10 guests, you can find your effortless and peace filled Southern Utah Adventure. Spend the day visiting the nearby national and state parks or watching sporting events, and then come home to two heated pools and hot tubs with a view and relax before your next adventure. The space On the main level is a huge master bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom. The kitchen and living room are also on the main floor with a half bathroom. There is an inflatable double mattress. Upstairs are three more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth room has a bunk bed and a couch. Each room is outfitted with HDTVs. The living room area is furnished with a large flat-screen TV and an inviting luxury leather couch with lounge chairs. The 2.5 bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps and hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences of a home, such as a Mr. Coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, a hand blender, plates, mugs, glasses, a granite breakfast bar, and a kitchen table to fit a large family. The easy-loading dishwasher and microwave make your stay carefree and efficient. If you rather eat out than in, there are plenty of great restaurants located nearby. There is also a front-loading washer and dryer, detergent, iron, and ironing board provided for your convenience during your stay! You will also enjoy the private garage and additional parking spot in front. There are multiple free parking spaces next door. Guest access You will have access to the entire home during your stay. You will also have access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse which is just a short walk from the property. At the clubhouse, you will find two pools and two hot tubs. The community pools are heated year-round to 87 degrees, and hot tubs are heated to 102 degrees, You will also have access to the clubhouse gym and game rooms. To access these amenities you will need the key that is provided and can be located in the home. Owners do lock one hall closet and cannot be accessed. A keyless entry is set up so you can come and go as you please during your stay. Other things to note The pools, hot tubs, and community center are open from 7 am-10 pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the master bedroom closet. We have supplied the following for your use: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, portable folding table and chairs, card games, pack-n-play travel crib, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a high chair, coffee machine, filters, crockpot, electric griddle, and children’s plastic dinnerware, just to name a few. Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. There is a garage door opener and pool key fob in the basket on the side table in the living room. Please return items there upon departure. If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval.
