Close to the river and swimming holes, walking, bike and bush trails. A beautiful 10 minute walk along the river into town. This property is ideal for couples, families or small groups. The space There is a large deck at the front of the house which is very sunny most of the day ready for alfresco dining, complete with dining table and BBQ. At the rear of the house there is another sitting area perfect for sundowners and nibbles. Waters edge is close to town by car and about 10klms from beaches. You can walk to the Hairy Marron bike hire and cafe and a bit further into town for some fantastic galleries, wine bars, coffee bars, restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy lovely surroundings, nature and a relaxing time this is for sure the house for you. We do not take school leavers during leavers time 21 November to 30 November. If you’re planning on partying on into the night, this is not the house for you. Best suited to those seeking a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house but only to the bedrooms for which they have paid. The basic rate of this property is for 2 guests using the master bedroom and for each guest or bedroom thereafter a $50 per night fee will be applied. It is essential to notify us of which rooms you would like set up 3 days prior to your arrival date.
