In May '22 all home, roof, AC inspections were done and septic drained. New, upgraded bathroom features, commercial size water heater and ceiling fans. Beautiful furnishings, large, pillow top beds with extra pillows, weighted throws, an air cleaner in a bedroom that filters air and UV sanitizer and the smell of soap lingers for 3 hours apon arrival since home is santized before arrival. Many books to read, DVDs to watch and CDs to play plus poker sets, laser tag for 4 people and a Walking Dead Trivia game and others. Enjoy non stop fun & adventure stay where you never pull out a credit card & the entire group is entertained. 3 big screen tv's, 2 gaming chairs, USB chords. Connect your firestick, gaming devices, NetFlix & Radios in every room, salt lamps, air purifier, complete poker set and the ATV / Cycle track. So bring your motorized toys & mountain bikes. Space to park a boat,jet skis and many vehicles. Comfortable, padded, folding chairs for the screen gazebo outside cot/hammocks with quilts and fire pits to enjoy the outdoors. Light the tiki torches and revel in the evening sounds of nature. Extra games and supplies under the air hockey table. The kitchen is state of the art and has new pans, dutch oven, fondue set, china, cyrstal and silverware to make and serve a 7 course meal. Breakfast items, coffees, teas, a Brita water pitcher and 3 coffee makers provided. Chickens, cats, bunnies, squirrels, butterflies and colorful birds roam the grounds but not allowed indoors. Food is provided for the cats; pleaae fill the 2 bowls on the front patio with cat food that's in the grey tin by the front door each morning; staff will feed them if you dont want to (please let us know). Septic tank FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER. Guest access All vehicles must be parked in the front yard because the septic tank is in the back. The alarm on the key ring is a black square fob with 4 photos. Key will be left behind the flower pot on front porch. Alarm key fob has 4 squares Top right disarms the alarm. The top left photo sets the alarm when you are gone: Stick person leaving a home. Please always arm the home when you're gone. The bottom left photo is for when you are in the home and want the alarm set: Stick person inside a home. Alarm company will know when you are staying and if you trip the system they will talk to you through the pad by the front door. 2 EXTERIOR DOORS AND WINDOWS MUST ALWAYS BE CLOSED OR BUGS WILL GET IN THE HOME. During your stay I am always available by text or call. Whatever you may need. I am rarely home other than to sleep and stay in my suite to give you privacy. Other things to note Bring heavy duty clothing and boots if you want to explore the 3 acres that are uncultivated behind the backyard. Bring batteries if you want to have for games, outdoor lights, etc. Outdoor gear is under the air hockey table. Extra twin mattress and box spring in livingroom can be moved to the carpeted area. Nothing including drinks can be put on the air hockey table or its ledge. Extra towels and linens in each dresser and chest in livingroom. Bug spray and repellent also a great idea to pack. Firewood provided & collect extra wood all over the property for the firepit on those lovely nights outdoors. Make sure that you press the 'OPEN LOCK' drawing on the ALARM KEY FOB before you open the door; TOP RIGHT CORNER. Always arm the home when leaving; TOP LEFT CORNER.
