Excellently equipped apartment

You will stay in our beautiful half-timbered house on the upper floor. The entire 85 square meters are available to you alone. We live on the lower floor with our dog Balou. The space You will be staying in a detached, 4-star classified half-timbered house with horse stables. The apartment on the upper floor, with its approx. 85 m², offers plenty of space to feel good and relax. It has a separate entrance, a terrace and a car parking space by the house. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area, dishwasher, electric cooker and fully automatic coffee machine. The spacious bathroom was completely renovated in spring 2021. The walk-in shower, the modern double washbasin and the washing machine make the bathroom perfect. In the approx. 20 m² living room with a flat-screen TV, you can sit back and relax, while the little guests can keep themselves busy playing in the children's corner. There are 2 beds behind a partition wall. The bright bedroom has 1 double bed and plenty of storage space in the wardrobe. There are 2 beds facing each other in another bedroom. You don't need to bring bed linen and towels, as these are already included in the price. Guest access In addition to the entire apartment, there is also a drying room with clothes rack and clips, as well as a lockable bicycle room for your bicycles. Other things to note Since the extreme increase in heating costs, we too have had to take some austerity measures. Among other things, we were forced to install a new energy-saving heating system. This heating system is designed to turn off all radiators when a window is opened. Please note this. If all windows are closed again, the heating automatically turns on again. Therefore, only ventilate briefly and completely. If the apartment is too warm, press the thermostat➖. Dogs and small animals are welcome with us. You only pay € 10.00 per night. We will settle that directly on site. Your parking space is right next to the courtyard entrance. Access to the apartment is only possible with a key code, which we will inform you shortly before arrival. The apartment is available to you on the day of arrival from 2 PM and on the day of departure until 12:00 pm.
