Beautiful quiet house A+ rated, En Suite Room with two beds (5ft & 4ft)in a quiet area. Stunning Clongriffin Park is 10 minutes’ walk. Grocery shop and pharmacy is 5min walk. Bus is 5 min walk, direct drive of half an hour to the Dublin city centre (12km away). Airport is 9km away. Direct bus from Hilton hotel which is 5 min walk. Portmarnock beach is 5 kilometres away (half an hour walk), and beautiful Malahide village is 6 km away. It is perfect for family. Guest access Kitchen, garden and living room. During your stay I am a taxi driver and will be able to pick you up and drop you off to the airport. Fare is €20 each way. I've been living in Dublin since 2003 and I am happy to help with directions and advice on important things to do and see in Dublin and Ireland. I am looking for quiet guests, no parties please. Other things to note We have two dogs kept in fenced garden. And two cats, one is kept only outside and one is kept in living room only. We have a daughter of 2 years, therefore families with kids are welcomed.
