Each master-bedroom have it's own porch with a serene view of Disney's Animal Kingdom® forest area. Equipped with cable-TV, spacious closets and bright-full bathrooms. The single bedrooms also equipped with cable-TV, spacious closets and bright-full and well equipped bathrooms. Spacious and fabulous living room with a large screen smart TV, cozy couches and access to the patio. There is a fine dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen is modern, bright and fully equipped with high-end appliances. Nespresso coffee machine available at NO Extra charge. It also has an efficient island and open plan to the living room and the patio with a gas barbecue, FREE of charge. Two central Air Conditioning systems, free Wi-Fi, five large-screen TVs and smart TVs with cable and Bluetooth speaker tower. A well equipped laundry with high-end washing and dryer machines. Parking in the shade is marked and free, right in front of the house. Both TVs in the living room and second floor master suite are Smart TVs! There is no extra charge for the pack and play. Also there’s no extra charge for the baby high chair. Guest access Located in the gated Magic Village Resort, our Guests have direct access through the coded gate. Town-home has an unique Guest coded direct access. No need to stop at front-desks. Security cameras at each entrance and guard-patrolled streets during the night. Your safety is our priority. Parking is marked and free. Easy highway access. Just around the corner from Disney's Animal Kingdom entrance and major restaurants, fast-foods, pharmacies and a Walmart less than 3 minutes away. Other things to note There's an OPTIONAL Resort Fee (for the Swimming Pool and Gym access) and it's NOT included in our daily rates. Magic Village Resort charges $100 per-day/per-household that can be paid at the resort's front desk reception. You only pay for the day you decide to use it! *Resort Fee is NOT MANDATORY.
