The indoor whirlpool is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outdoor whirlpools are open from May 15 to Sept. 30; the indoor whirlpool is open year-round. This air-conditioned Guestroom sleeps 4. One king bed and one sofa bed, kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and dishes. Community BBQs near your room, beautiful grounds and access to all the resort amenities. This resort has a smoke-free policy. There is complimentary high speed internet. Complimentary Boat Trailer Parking also available if needed. This is not a 1 Bedroom - this is a guestroom/studio villa - similar to hotel room with resort features such as the pool, hot tub, and fitness center *When booking please include your name as it appears on your driver’s license Marriott's booking system only allows 1 first & last name no hyphens or spaces* You will have to provide both your ID and matching credit card to the front desk at check in. Guests enjoy: The Market Place and convenient store, BBQ Grill area, Pools, hot tub, Fitness center, and activity/video game center. Note: The studio does not have a balcony. There is no daily cleaning as this is a timeshare. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Guest access Guests will check-in at the lobby. Upon giving your credit card for refundable deposit and incidentals, you will receive your room keys along with resort maps, weekly entertainment/activities schedule, and resort/local discount offerings. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful for all your needs. Other things to note When you check out your balance will be $0 USD if you haven't charged anything to your room. * Guests will provide the name or names of the primary guests in the party who will be staying at the resort. Renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present at time of check-in. No re-renting, leasing, subletting, or transferring of this unit by the Renter to anyone else is permitted. Renter will be entitled to use the resort’s amenities the same as if the Owner were using the unit (unless otherwise specified), and is expected to abide by all of the Resort’s policies while enjoying their stay. * Security deposit policy: For the benefit of guests, and per Airbnb policy, the security deposit is neither collected at time of booking nor is a "hold" placed on the guest card at time of booking for the amount of the security deposit. Instead, should there be unforeseen damage or other non-coverable expenses during the guests' stay, Airbnb will contact the guest(s) for restitution.
