The Haven @Arakoon is a stylish holiday cottage nestled in a bush setting. Our floorplan was designed to ensure that the cottage is accessible. Our wish is to allow everyone to enjoy a comfortable holiday at The Haven. EV Charger - Level 2 located in carport. Ocular Charging Station is compatible with all EV’s and includes 6 metre charging cable. Daily use of EV charger is complimentary for our guests. Well appointed - a home away from home! If you have any questions we’re here to help. The space Construction of The Haven was completed in 2020. Our cottage was designed specifically for you, the traveller looking for a modern, stylish, fresh and clean holiday rental that feels like home. Settle in and relax, everything is brand new and so well appointed making your stay at the cottage easy and enjoyable. Each of the two bedrooms and ensuites are separated by the air conditioned living area and kitchen to provide guests with their own space and privacy. Quality bed and bath linen is provided, you’ll just need to bring your own beach towels. Our sofa bed converts to a third queen sized bed. Family friendly to make your holiday easier, we provide portacot, high chair and baby change mat. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to self cater. We haven’t compromised here and you’ll find a large fridge/freezer, full size oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you need to cook up a storm in the kitchen. You can also chill out in the alfresco area and BBQ on the Weber Family Q while fellow guests relax on the daybed. We provide basic pantry staples along with tea, coffee and sugar and there’s fresh milk in the fridge ready for your arrival. We also have a coffee plunger and a Sunbeam coffee machine and grinder, along with a generous supply of quality coffee beans letting you enjoy cafe-style quality coffee at home. Want to start your day with a healthy smoothie? The NutriBullet blender can take care of that for you. If you’re a SodaStream fan, we’ve got you covered. All you need is your own flavoured syrups & you’re set! If you would like to pack a picnic, we provide a cane picnic basket complete with plates, cutlery and wine glasses. We also have a cooler bag, picnic blanket and thermos available for you to use. There are so many beautiful spots around our beaches and bays where you can sit and enjoy fresh prawns, oysters and a wine. Unlimited WiFi with Starlink is on offer during your stay at The Haven. You can watch Netflix on the Smart TV, curl up on the sofa and binge on your favourite shows. You can also listen to your own music on the Bose bluetooth speaker. Guest access The Haven is situated on our 1 hectare rural property and guests are free to access all grassed areas around the cottage. There is ample parking for cars, boats and trailers to park on and to the side of the sealed driveway. There is also plenty of room to turn around and drive out of the property.
