Your home away from home! Private apartment in lower level of house in Kingston's east end. Two bedrooms, fireplace, dartboard, Netflix, kitchenette and a spacious living room to relax in. All linens, toiletries and dishes are provided. Keyless entry through the shared front door. Driveway parking. We are 3km south of 401, 4km to RMC, 6km to downtown, and 8km to Queen's. The kitchenette, two bedrooms, and private washroom give you all the comforts of home. I aim to please, and provide toiletries, towels, bedding, snacks, milk, tea and coffee. An electric griddle, rice cooker, crock pot, toaster oven, coffee-maker and kettle are provided. The kitchenette does not come equipped with a cooktop or full-sized oven. The suite has two beds, plus a playpen and child's cot are available for one or two small sleepers. Please input accurate # of guests in your request. Host lives on-site and we all enter through the front door. The only other shared space is the laundry room. What happens with the 5% Municipal Accommodation Tax that I am required to charge you ? Park in the driveway, enter through the front door, where I will greet you and show you around the suite. During your stay, the basement living room, bedrooms, kitchenette and washroom are all yours and yours only. We also have a fully stocked laundry room and iron available for your use.
