An average 25 minutes from Airport Husein Sastranegara, 20 minutes from Train Station, 20 minutes from Rumah Mode Factory Outlet, Cihampelas and Dago Shopping Area, 25 minutes from famous family retreat – Lembang and Kampung Gajah. There’s a lot of restaurant and cafes nearby. The space Our house is suitable for a group gathering or family occasion. It usually holds for 4 people, but it is very flexible and can fit up to 6 people (if you don't mind sleeping in a sofa bed). Guest access There is only one shared bathroom for all house guest. But since you will be renting this home in one unit, I guess there will be no problem sharing a bathroom with your family or friends. :) You will have access to our garden, both front yard, and back yard. Usually, people love to hang out in our backyard, maybe setting up a BBQ or just sitting around in the grass. Other things to note Please read our rules and conditions: 1. There is a deposit of IDR 300,000 that is to be collected upon arrival in exchange of the house keys. The deposit will be returned at the time of departure when you handed the keys back and we found no damage to the property and its equipments. 2. Please always check all door locks and fire safety when leaving the house; 3. Stealing will result in the deposit will be lost and you will need to vacate premises immediately and the police will get called; 4. No drugs or illegal stuff in the house, if so, the deposit will be lost and you will need to vacate premises immediately and the police will get called.
