Private Self-catered 2 Bedroom Annex & Summerhouse

The Mews is a self-catering, detached 2 floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, close to, but separate from the main house. The Mews takes a max of 4 people (in 3 beds), with its own entrance, free parking for up to 3 cars, its own private summerhouse (with heating, lighting and power), and the private use of a section of a courtyard with outside seating. We are 1 mile from M5 Junc21; but 5 miles to Weston-super-Mare beach, and 10 miles to Bristol airport. Check-in is after 3pm; check-out by 10am. The space Holm Lea Mews includes: an open plan: sitting room, kitchen, dining area. There is one downstairs bedroom (1 king bed with views across the countryside) with a second bedroom upstairs (2 single beds) with the same view; a separate toilet/shower room downstairs serves both. The sitting room and each bedroom have their own TV/DVD player. The Mews includes the private use of a summerhouse (with lighting, heating and power), and an outside seating area. A BBQ and/or Fire is available if requested (for a small additional cost to cover wood and/or BBQ coke and utensils) for use during the period Apr to Oct weather permitting. The Mews can be booked to accommodate from 1 to a maximum of 4 people. Guest access Guests will have access to, and private use, of all the facilities that are listed as part of the Holm Lea - Mews booking. There is good free parking available on the house drive directly in front of the Mews, with room for more than one car (if needed), and to manoeuvre easily. There are 2 steps into the Mews with grab-rails at the door. There is one downstairs bedroom (with the king-sized bed), and one upstairs bedroom with some restricted headroom. The toilet and shower are downstairs. Other things to note Holm Lea is 1 mile from Junc 21 of the M5. Please also note the house stands 30 meters back from the A370 and though surrounded on 3 sides by fields & orchards… it’s Rural but NOT quiet! Inside is quiet with double glazing but of course in summer with open windows ..?! There are 2 cooling towers and a fan which are fine in good summer weather - only adequate in exceptional heatwaves! However its proximity to Junction 21 makes it a great stop over point for long journeys, and an excellent base from which to explore Avon and Somerset. Including: Walking on the Mendips or the coastline.
