Our beautiful property complete with stone archway - topped with a stag and two lions overlooking the courtyard! - has panoramic views of the Solent. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one family bathroom, one ensuite), a spacious open plan kitchen and lounge with breathtaking views - plus private driveway for 3 cars (no EV charging) - there's plenty of room to enjoy all that the Island has to offer! Water sports, fine dining, festivals....the list is endless! Can sleep 1 - 2 extra guests on sofa bed in lounge providing a small double for an additional guest supplement: please note use of the sofa bed needs to be pre booked as changeover team need to include this in the house preparation and linen needs to be ordered from the laundry (so sofa bed guest/s need to be included in total number of guests stated at booking please - updated minimum 48 hours prior to stay so we can pay for the linen and additional prep!) For safety, access to the flat area above the lounge via metal staircase is strictly prohibited (plants etc blocking the way!) Please note NO EV CHARGING - we cannot accommodate charging of electric vehicles and the house is equipped with monitoring devices to ensure this does not happen for insurance reasons - there are charge points nearby in and out of town and we can provide a list of links for this. Stays are at guests own risk and we ask you to take care at all times. Please close bedroom doors at night and read fire safety assessment / directions in house manual. Please no smoking in the house and if using a bbq (not provided) please take great care and only use outside of the property in an appropriate non flammable area that won’t be damaged by heat. Please do not use the spiral staircase in the garden - it is decorative only and not weight bearing so not safe and not included in the stay. There are many attractions on the IOW including the Needles lighthouse on a complex with amusements, a chairlift, a boat ride, coloured sand you can put into glass shapes, a sweet factory, a cafe, a museum. There are dinosaur walks/shops/museums, a garlic farm with delicious IOW produce in the cafe/restaurant, Blackgang Chine and Robin Hill amusement parks, Amazon world of adventure, the owl and monkey haven - many beautiful coastal walks, an abundance of mini golf venues - the list is endless!
