Quiet and central living in the city center of Hanover near the Maschsee :-) The space The Apartment Hannover Top Citylage is a modern, family-friendly and spacious holiday apartment in a small street close to Aegidientorplatz in the center of Hanover. In the best yet quiet location, up to 5 guests can spend a relaxing stay close to the center. The apartment offers high-quality and comfortably furnished rooms near the town hall, the Maschsee and the Sprengelmuseum in Hanover. The trade fair and holiday apartment is 53 square meters in size and has a kitchen-living room in which there is a comfortable 160 cm sofa bed and a comfortable 100 cm wall bed and a bedroom with a 180 cm bed. The balcony has a beautiful garden view and smoking is allowed there. Business travelers are also provided with high-speed internet and WiFi, so that they have a fully-fledged workspace at their disposal. The kitchen, which is equipped with the most modern appliances, leaves nothing to be desired for self-caterers. A fully automatic coffee machine is available for coffee lovers; coffee is of course included. A travel cot, a high chair and a folding buggy are available free of charge for families with small children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. If you would rather go out, you will find a cafe directly opposite and numerous bars and restaurants in the nearby area. Free parking (daily 8 p.m. - 9 a.m., Sundays and public holidays) is possible in front of the front door, and grocery stores can be found right around the corner. The city center with shops, theaters, discos and cinemas can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is powered by green electricity from EWS and biogas from Grünwelt ENERGIE.
