Bedroom 1: a double bed, Bedroom 2: a double bed and a single bed. Lots of windows offer a great view in any direction. Sliding screen doors open to outdoor patios. Perfect peninsula location to watch the sunrise, sunset and moon rise. Adirondack chairs, lawn swing and a fire pit for those evening s’mores. Good swimming, sandy bottom. Fish for perch, bass and pike from the shore or dock. Charcoal grill for that tasty fish dinner. Minutes away from Lake Superior, Bete Gris sandy swimming beach, Mount Bohemia, Delaware Mine, Bete Gris Nature Preserve, ATV/Snowmobile trails. Beautiful 16 mile drive to Copper Harbor, 30 miles to Calumet, 42 miles to Houghton/Hancock. Full week minimum during summer months normally from Saturday to Saturday. I have my fishing charter based out of this property, so my boat is kept here, and I will come and go, sometimes twice a day on a busy summer day. Quiet departure in the morning. Feel free to visit and watch us clean fish and when we return. Boat and kayaks available for extra fee.
