This very cozy apartment is located in the quietest area of Trastevere. It gives you the advantage of experiencing “inside” one of the most typical and surprising areas of the city, without being disturbed by noise and traffic. The space The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful 17th century building, completely renovated. This property is elegantly furnished and very cozy: it has beautiful ceilings with wooden beams on the entire surface, Tuscan terracotta floors, and beautiful finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. You enter directly into the living room with table, sofa (not a sofa bed!!) and bookshelf. This room has access to the terrace overlooking the Roman rooftops and inner courtyards. The apartment is equipped with LCD TV, Radio and CD player, Internet connection WI - FI, air conditioning and independent heating. The enchanting terrace, which overlooks a typical Trastevere inner courtyard, is equipped with a table, chairs and an umbrella to enjoy your meals outdoors. The bedroom overlooks the terrace and has a living closet and a comfortable double bed with an orthopedic net. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave oven and folding table for breakfast and tea time. The bathroom has hand-decorated tile walls designed by the famous Italian designer "Valentino". It has a shower, a washing machine, and a complete set of bath linens. Guest access The entire apartment and the terrace are private for guests Other things to note A copy of the identity document of all guests must be provided before arrival, as required by Italian public safety regulations. Access to the apartment takes place in person, taking into account that for check-in after 10:00 pm there is an extra charge of €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please remember that the separate collection of waste (paper, plastic + glass + cans, non-recyclable, organic) in Rome is mandatory and will help keep our neighborhood clean and unpolluted.
