There is an additional charge of PHP 150/person for access to the Swimming Pool, which will be paid by the Guest directly to the Grace Residences admin. For Guests who are looking to stay for at least 1 month, complimentary access to the swimming pool can be arranged. Other things to note 1. Wifi is free of charge, TV in the bedroom is Netflix ready, Water and condo fee is included in nightly fee. 2. Use of Swimming Pool has a charge of PHP 150/head to be paid directly to the Grace Residences cashier (on the 7th floor). For Guests with at least 1 month stay, electric consumption is excluded/extra charge). 3. Please note we have a 30 minute waiting window from the standard Check In time of 10AM. Unless you have advised us of a different Check In time at least 1 day in advance, if you will be unable to arrive within this waiting period, we will automatically reschedule your Check In to our next earliest availability within the same day. 4. For any Late Guest Check Ins past 8PM, please note that a minimal PHP 150 fee will be collected from you upon your Check In.
