Beautiful and modern apartment in the heart of downtown Lisbon (Baixa). The apartment is strategically located in downtown Lisbon, in one of the most alive and exciting area of the city! The apartment is within walking distance of Rossio, Terreiro do Paço, Rua Augusta Arch and many other tourist sights. This cozy and spacious apartment has capacity for up to 5 guests. Located on the 3rd floor of a newly renovated building with elevator. The space The flat has two bedrooms (one of the bedrooms is separated from the living room via shelves), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and one full bathroom. It’s perfect for a family with kids. The living room has one big comfortable sofa-bed, which can accommodate one adult or two children and is equipped with cable TV and air conditioning. One bedroom has a king size double bed and the other one has two single beds. Both bedrooms have large windows, with plenty of sunlight and excellent quality mattresses, high-quality linen/bed sheets and fluffy cotton towels. There is one closet on the hall for both bedrooms. The apartment is located at Rua São Julião, 96. Other things to note The sofa bed is only prepared when we host a group of five guests, or if it is requested in advance.
