In this difficult period we are going through... and I am talking about Covid-19... the house will remain closed one day after leaving for disinfection! The space Our home is located at the end of the SPILEO (Cave) housing estate right after passing the Messonghi town of Corfu Island in Greece, approximately 890 meters driving distance from the Messonghi beach and around 22 kilometers from Kerkyra City (port). It was built with wood and stone about 50 years ago by the hands of my parents! The house has recently been restored and is equipped with all necessary means that meet modern needs. We have installed a private water tank to cover for possible summer time public water shortages so that the house has always running water. It consists of a 40 square meters ground floor with a kitchen, bath, dining and living rooms and a same area floor above it with a large bedroom. It is situated quite far from the nearest home of the estate, something that makes it ideal for a quiet vacation stay. It has its own yard and an exterior perimeter full of flowers for natural beauty and privacy. Everywhere you look around there is a predominantly green and blue color, while the incredible picturesque view from the house hilltop reaches the City of Corfu. You can well enjoy the unique sunrise and sunset from the house window. The house also features its own parking area. We are looking forward to offering you a promising carefree and calm holiday in beautiful Corfu without spending a fortune. Guest access The house is a detached house with a fenced garden, all areas are for guests. With absolute privacy! Other things to note The use of the washing machine is free of charge!
