This house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and security system. We are located one block from UNMC/Nebraska Medical Center. Minutes away from Midtown, Black Stone district and Downtown. We are in walking distance to many restaurants/bars, gas station and grocery store. The neighborhood is a quiet established, safe area. There is limited shared parking in the driveway with other guests. Street parking is available. The space Private bedroom with bath on main floor of the home. TV with Roku in room. Guest access The house is shared with other guests. Guests have access to their room and shared living room, dining area, full kitchen, and laundry room in basement, as well as front porch and back deck for relaxing. Street Parking and Free Wi-Fi. Other things to note *Absolutely no Smoking (including vaping or e-cigs) violators will be asked to leave non refundable and be fined $500 for violations and maybe reported to airbnb directly. *No unregistered guests allowed on property. *Children under 12 years are not allowed. *We do not allow any pets. *Only one vehicle per room allowed on premises. * Due to recent experiences, guests from the Omaha area maybe declined.
