Boutique style space, Ideal for exploring St Leonards on Sea & surrounds & working from home. 2 mins from the sea, 5 from the station & free on street parking. It has a private entry & gardens & spacious open plan living. We respectfully ask for guests who are happy to observe a quiet time after midnight & do not mind hearing the odd voice or footstep above. This apartment can also be offered as a 2 bed option . We also offer a fold down bed on request, suitable for a child or small adult which can be placed in any of the spaces (see photos). Guest access Guests can access all spaces described within the flat including the back and front basement gardens. Other things to note Currently we are following a self check in procedure. Ebb and Flow is a flat in a converted house so please bear in mind people do live above and you may hear the sound of footsteps and voices sometimes. Equally we respect our neighbours by asking for a quiet time after midnight. It is a NON SMOKING apartment. Although I have never charged for small breakages i will have to charge for larger damages.
