The apartment, recently renovated and very bright, is ideal for couples and family. The accommodation is integrated into the "Almijara" apartment complex, a residential and sports area, located in the northeast area of the urban center of Nerja, it's a very quiet area with easy parking and a few steps from many services. The apartment is on the 6th floor and the building has 2 lifts, large garden area, large swimming pool open all year (10: 00-21: 00), tennis court and free Wi-Fi. The space Dining room: table with 4 chairs, air conditioning hot / cold, Smart TV 49" with channels in Spanish and English and books in different languages Kitchen: fully equipped with ceramic hob; fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle, all new; It also has utensils, cutlery and crockery, pans, pots and many accessories to cook. From the kitchen there is a view of the river and the mountains Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 160cm, it is possible to prepare it with two separate nordics, air conditioning hot / cold, wardrobe, iron and ironing board Bedroom 2: 2 single beds of 90cm, it is possible to put them together to make a double bed of 180cm, air conditioning hot / cold, wardrobe Bathroom: Electric towel rail, hairdryer and a large glass shower Terrace: south facing, table and chairs, garden view with pool and spectacular sea view, awnings, washer-dryer. We encourage our guests to use all appliances and air conditioning consciously, to avoid wasting energy. Sheets, bath towels and tea towels included, also 1 change included If you need pool / beach towels please contact the host, bath towels can not be taken out of the apartment. Sun loungers, parasols and a fridge are available for the beach. Guest access For the use of the tennis court, there is a list at the entrance of the complex where you can reserve a schedule for the same day. Tennis equipment (rackets & balls) is available. If you need private parking please contact the host, the parking of the building has limited space. In the apartment there are some boxes and a cabinet closed with locks, this are intended to be for private use of the owner and we kindly ask our guest not to open them. Other things to note Before checking in, we'll send our guest a form to fill in with personal information to comply with the new law for the Guest Registration. At check in they will need to sign the contract. In the apartment there are detailed instructions on how to access the wifi network and how to work all the provided appliance.
