This advertisement concerns a single room in the 75 sqm apartment (1.80 m bed). A kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a hallway, a balcony and cozy fireplaces (wood/coal) are available for shared use, which give the apartment its own charm, especially in winter. Wood and coal are available, we recommend warm socks or slippers for even more comfort. The space The artist-in-residence at the Honorary Hotel is located in the HAL Atelierhaus, a neighborhood and internationally oriented meeting center in the east of Leipzig, just 4 stops from the main train station and directly on the Way of St. James.
