The space Our beautiful light filled, comfortable home is fully equipped for you to relax and feel right at home. We are located on the back beach of Rye. If you are after quiet, space, away from the front beach then this is perfect. But we are only a 7 min drive from the front beach. The best of both worlds. Perfect for lazy mornings... and afternoons, there are many different spots for you to sit and relax with a coffee/tea or wine in the evening. Two living areas and two beautiful decks to choose from depending on the weather or your mood, the undercover deck with a large BBQ. Fully equipped and functional kitchen if preparing food takes your fancy, with all the basics you'll need. Two double bedrooms, beautifully dressed , and a third bedroom with double bunks perfect for the kids means you'll be more than comfortable when its time to tune out for the night. We love relaxing/reading in the sunroom whilst our kids play outside, or watch a dvd from our vast library available for you as well. Lots of old favourites suited to all ages. We also offer Netflix and Stan on our wide screen TV. Some indoor and outdoor toys and board games are also available. Complimentary use of coffee machine and tea available. All linen and towels are provided to make your stay stress free. Perfectly suited for one to two families, a couple or a couple of couples! Situated on Marcia Avenue its just a windy road to walk to the famous No 16 beach, walking tracks, and the No 16 beach cafe. A short drive finds you in the heart of Rye, with cafes, restaurants, massage therapists and more.. Also located very close to the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, horse riding, golf courses and more. With all the wonderful things the Mornington Peninsula has to offer you'll never be short of something to do! We just love exploring the neighbouring towns and beaches as well as the beauties in Rye. APPLICATION ID - STRA0548/19 Other things to note The keys to the house are in a key safe at the left hand side front pillar of the car port. We will give you the access number on your check in time. There will be a master key to open a lot of the screens and doors and a seperate gate key to get you car into the car port. Inside on the kitchen bench will be the sunroom door bolts key, laundry screen door key. All windows can be wound out to let fresh air in. The air conditioning is reverse cycle or you can use the gas heater as well. The pilot light is on so simply move the knob to the right to adjust to select the heat setting. We also have a no smoking policy in the house.
