Spacious, self-contained Cottage adjacent to our family home, IT REALLY IS JUST 50m/1 minute walk to secluded beach. All Linens included, King bed on mezzanine, Queen bed and 2 singles in 2nd bedroom, ground floor. Close to the famous tourist attractions of Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach, 5 minute drive to Whitianga Ferry. Boat Ramp nearby. Overflow Guest Suite also available see Endeavour Escape. The space There are not many places to stay where you can wear your togs along the short walkway to the beach with no busy roads to cross, or where it's so quiet and peaceful that you can hear the waves washing onto the shore by night. All beautiful, commercial quality linens and towels are provided, a little bit of luxury. A skylight (with blind) above your king bed to watch the stars by night, so romantic. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 2 singles (can be California King size on request). Your beds will be freshly made up and waiting. Don't feel like cooking or wandering too far from home? Easy, a home cooked dinner can usually be provided (at extra cost). Tree Free bathroom tissue (Smartass brand, plastic free packaging) and Ecostore cleansers provided. Highchair, stroller and portacot also available for use. Guests love using our kayaks and bikes to tour the local areas, safety helmets and lifejackets provided. So many children's toys/books/games to play with, the kids won't want to leave. Large selection of dvd's and books to entertain and relax with. Guest access There is a barbecue, sun umbrella and table/chairs in the private garden area for guest use. You can park your car just outside the gate in our quiet cul de sac. We have deck/sand chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kayaks and spades (for your Hot Water Beach visit) for guests to use all free of charge. Tired of the beach? You will find a great selection of books, board games, dvds and children's toys to keep everyone entertained. Bikes by arrangement. Other things to note There is a private guest wing in the main house which may be rented separately. This room is adjacent to Endeavour Cottage meaning that guests renting the Cottage could also rent the guest wing to accommodate their extra friends and family. There is no full oven in the kitchen, the 4 burner barbecue, double ring hot plate, microwave and electric frypan cover all your needs perfectly.
