The space This is a great place for single business travelers or couples. Condo is equipped with fast WIFI, two flatscreen televisions, washer & dryer, towels, steamer, and all of the items you will need for an extended comfortable stay in Austin. 24Hr Gym, 24 Hr Security, Granite & Stainless Steel throughout, Walk in shower, and very comfortable queen size bed. Enjoy the roof top deck overlooking the Capitol. Covered Parking is available for a separate fee (approximately $260/mo) approximately one block away at the Capitol Tower parking garage located at 9th and Brazos. Guest access The entire condo, gym, and rooftop patio. Other things to note Guest will need to execute a lease agreement document as well to be kept on file with the homeowners' association (they need information necessary to contact guest in case of emergency, etc.) Minimum stay = 30 days. Discounts may be available for longer stays (over 90 days). For 90- 179 day stays I will take 5% off owner payout amount that I'm quoted by Airbnb. For stays over 180 days, I will take 10% off the owner payout amount that I'm quoted by Airbnb. All utilities (electric / internet / water / trash) paid. Monthly maid service available upon request for a fee.
