Tui Cottage offers beautiful sea views across the harbour to historic Waitangi and Paihia. It is set among native bush and situated right next to a scenic reserve. Sit at the lounge bay windows and enjoy the harbour views. This water front house is 4 min drive to Paihia swimming beach. Price includes fresh towels and linen. We do not charge hidden cleaning fee. The house is not suitable to host guests with mobility limitations as there are outside stairs from the carpark to the main entrance. The space The main highlight is the breathtaking views of the sea, Russel and the Waitangi grounds. The house is modern and spacious with open plan kitchen. The two modern bathroom is a great bonus. The house is very private and borders with a reserve. It is well equipped with excellent mobile and internet connections. Guest access There is an open plan kitchen and three bedrooms with two modern bathrooms. The house is situated on a large section with waterfront at the bottom of the property. Please note this property is no suitable for guests with mobility limitations as there are stairs from the car park to the house entrance. Other things to note This house is not children friendly as it is on a steep section with no play ground and it has high balconies.
