Located in the heart of a Bordeaux vineyard (Côtes de Bourg), we welcome you to the estate in an old stone house, overlooking the vineyards, quiet, with a south-facing terrace. The cottage occupies the ground floor space, adjoining the house, but with independent entrance. Come and recharge your batteries in the countryside about 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 16 km from Blaye… car required. Carefully decorated, inspired by our travels. The space The independent gîte has: - 1 large living room of 33 m², with fireplace (in operation), - 1 kitchen of 12 m² (with all the necessities: oven, microwave, washing machine), - 1 bedroom of 14 m² (large 160 cm bed; new mattress, hotel quality, delivered in April 2021) - 1 bedroom of 14 m² (new mattresses; 2 beds of 90 cm, or 1 bed of 180 cm; and 1 extra bench; and other foldable single bed on request) - large bathroom (shower, bathtub, bidet, hairdryer) - Separate WC >>> Ideal for a couple with children, or two couples with small children. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, but an additional folding single bed and baby cot are available on request).
