Close to shopping mall, beach, hiking trails and more. Close to Værnes Airport and Trondheim. Also rented to workers on assignments in the area. The space Sveberg is a relatively new built-up area with many funkish houses and a fantastic view of Trondheimsfjorden. The house is a detached house in a row of 3 floors with 3 large terraces. The roof terrace is especially worth noting, as you can really be taken a little breath away when you go up there and look at the view of the sea. On summer evenings, April-October, you can enjoy the sunset behind the mountains on Fosen, a fantastic view with often incredible color reflections in the sky afterwards. The jacuzzi on the roof terrace for 3-4 people is in operation 365 days a year, which makes it a unique experience. It can also be a unique experience to either sit in the TV room on the 3rd floor and enjoy a movie with an incredible view from the sofa, or experience the cinema feeling in the living room with a short throw projector that produces a giant razor-sharp image of a full 130 inches (about 3 meters x 1.8 meters). Netflix, HBO MAX, Disney + and an Xbox series X are available. Otherwise, I can point out that the house has a very large hallway, large bathroom and kitchen, with room for 10 people around the dining table. In the carport, a separate electric car charger is installed which is available for guests to use. Just outside the entrance there is a great little playground for the children, where you can sit inside or on the terrace and watch. Malvik center is 2 min by car away, here you will find Rema 1000, Europris, Sparkjøp, Pharmacy and more. The house is suitable for rent for large families on vacation or other types of events, friends and couples, working people who are on assignment, and perhaps not least those who want to surprise their girlfriend with a romantic evening with a Jacuzzi on the roof, a champagne glass, prepare a good meal and a movie experience on the sofa in the evening.
