You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Rotorua lake as the sun rises and sets. Relax after a day of activities, or sit in the sunny room with a glass of amazing local NZ wine. Unlimited wi-fi is available to enjoy at no additional charge. Our home has three very comfortable bedrooms, a perfect holiday house for families. A portable cot and high chair are available on request at no additional charge. Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties. This space will only be booked by one group at a time so you will have the entire house to yourself.
