Please do note that we love our neighbours and as such have a zero-tolerance policy for noise disturbances, smoking and absolutely no parties are allowed. The Property has a UPS Device linked to the WiFi, so that during those Load Shedding times in Cape Town, you will still be connected! The Property also comes equipped with a 24hr Security Camera that is positioned to face the exterior of the Building. Important Reminder: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any similar substances is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.
