The space The building, devided into Yellow and Orange Building, was build in the 19th century by the father of my grand father and it was both home of the family as well as a Pasta Factory. The apt. has a private patio in the garden and it is located at walking distance from all facilities the village may offer. The apt. is located on the ground floor, in the garden, facing the pool. Living/dining-room with kitchen corner and a double sofa bed , one double gallery bedroom in the mezzanine , bathroom with shower , satellite tv , independent heating and air-conditioning . Free wifi. Suitable for 2/4 guests. Independent entrance and private patio outdoor in the garden . The main feature of " The Old Pasta Factory " is the perfect isolation from the outside although being located inside a country village. It is situated in the nearness of the historical square of Greve, close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and it is a green oasis in the heart of the village, Florence and Siena are within 30 km far as well as many other famous places . We offer a 5 hours Reception Service everyday to help our guests in their needs. On request we organize tours, wine tastings, cooking classes, birthday parties, transfers to/from the airports ( ask me if interested ) Guest access Guests have access to all the facilities of the property such as a wide garden with swimming-pool, barbeque area, commun areas with table tennis and billiards, playground for children, soccer field, wi-fi and private parking. Other things to note All year around, guests are required to pay tourist tax , euro 2,00 per person ( from 14years old and up ) per night for a maximum of 7 nights ( even if they stay a month, they will pay 7 nights only ). Due to the worldwide energetic crisis : -The heating cannot be turned on until November the 1st in our area unless otherwise informed by the mayor of Greve in Chianti (in case it is very cold). Sometimes it is allowed to turn on the heating, it will have an additional cost of € 20.00 per night (for a maximum of 12 hours a day as per the recent law on energy savings) and is on request on site in the average seasons.
