Country house with private pool Lot/Dordogne

Small house in the countryside, on the edge of the forest, ideal for nature lovers. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds) each with a shower room. Upstairs: Dining room with equipped kitchen/living room (wood-burning stove, wood provided in winter). Exteriors: Parking spaces in front of the maisonette. Terrace. Private access to the gîte's swimming pool between June and September (NOT HEATED). Large adjoining plot (not enclosed). The space Maisonette located in the Lot, on the border of the Dordogne: The Dordogne River is about a 20-minute drive, as is the Valley of the Castles. Great tourist sites nearby: allow 1 hour to get to the Lascaux Cave (Dordogne), 45 minutes to Rocamadour (Lot)... Shops and leisure (restaurants, cinema...) nearby: town of Gourdon 8 km away and markets in the surrounding villages. Numerous hiking trails. Our canine friends are welcome but remain under the responsibility of their owners (allow an extra 10 euros/week per animal). Linens, hand towels and bath towels provided. Other things to note Check-in times to be agreed upon with the host. JULY/AUGUST: BOOKINGS IN WEEK FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, THANK YOU!!! (for this year 2024 1st full week to rent from Saturday 06/29) Departure to be scheduled before 11 a.m. and arrival to be scheduled in the late afternoon. Cleaning is not included in the price, it is to be done by the tenants before their departure. The necessary cleaning products are available. There is no WiFi in the house.
