Our house is perfect for couples or families that are looking to escape from city life and relax in a quiet, countryside setting within driving distance of Cinque Terre, La Spezia and Portovenere. The space The house includes a private terrace equipped with a parasol, barbecue, tables and chairs and parking a few steps away. The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed with large wardrobe, a living room with TV, double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with appliances and washing machine. All rooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioners. Guest access A CAR IS REQUIRED TO REACH THE HOUSE AS PUBLIC TRANSPORT ARE ABSENT IN THE VILLAGE. THERE IS FREE PARKING AVAILABLE JUST FEW METERS AWAY. Other things to note We offer a keybox service to make the check in easy and quick but we're always available via phone in case you need any extra information or help. ATTENTION: for bookings of 2 guests the house is prepared with only the double bed. If you want to sleep in 2 separate beds (and therefore use the sofa bed), this request must be communicated when booking. This request has an additional cost of 10 euros per night for the use and supply of sheets (to be paid before arrival) and is inserted to avoid a booking being made for 2 guests and then in reality the house being used by 3 or 4 guests. I remind you that it is forbidden to have guests stay in the house beyond those indicated, and this may require a report to Airbnb with a relative request for a surcharge, or immediate removal from the house.
