My home is tucked away in a family friendly, well established Ann Arbor neighborhood. It's less than a mile from plenty of shopping including Arbor Hills shopping center, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s amongst many others. It's less than 3 miles from the Stadium and the same distance to Downtown! Quiet yet close to all. The space Street parking is okay and you can park in the driveway. The home has a great basement for lounging and there's space to sleep there as well. There are a few lovely parks within walking distance from the house. Other things to note Prices will vary during special times i.e football season/graduation/downtown events
