The cosy Cedar House is nestled in untouched bushland sprawled over 160 acres on the edge of the Grampians in beautiful Wartook. It's waiting for you to enjoy with your family or friends and leave it all behind. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with magnificent views from every room. Surrounded by National Park, it is situated a scenic 45-minute drive to Halls Gap via the picturesque Zumstiens picnic area. Curl up by the wood fire or enjoy the lovely outdoor deck with mountain views. The space Both downstairs bedrooms contain a queen size bed and linen will be provided. Upstairs bedroom 1 contains 1 single bed and a bunk. Upstairs bedroom 2 contains 2 single beds and a bunk. The beds upstairs will only be made when extra guests are booked. If you require linen for the upstairs beds, including sheets, doona, pillow and towel PLEASE BOOK AN EXTRA GUEST PER BED PER NIGHT. The property has 12V lighting and a small Engel fridge, which will run throughout your stay. The rest of the house is powered by a generator, which you will be required to start as you require and turn off at the end of your stay. This will allow the use of a large fridge/freezer, extra lighting and a toaster. Fuel will be supplied. Not far from this beautifully peaceful property are various walking trails including; McKenzie Falls, Fish Falls, Asses Ears, Mount Difficult and Zumstiens. These walks cater for all ages and abilities. Just a short 8 minute drive away is The Wander Inn Wartook Valley. It is open for lunch (Saturday and Sunday) and dinner (Friday, Saturday). Other things to note Please leave the house as you found it; dishes washed and put away, bins emptied, BBQ if used, ensure external fire pit is extinguished. You may bring pets however they are not permitted inside the house unless they are assistance animals. STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED
