Shopping facilities are within walking distance of 5 minutes. The outdoor adventure pool can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Skyline Park is about 15 km away. The thermal spa in Bad-Wörishofen is 10 km away. Feet with the magnificent castles and lakes is reachable in 40 minutes by car, as well as various ski slopes. The space The 3 room apartment is part of a complex consisting of a total of 8 apartments. The 60 sqm cozy apartment with gas heating is located on the first floor and was recently newly renovated. Has fitted kitchen (dishes available for more than 6 people), fitted fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave, coffee maker , 4 ring ceramic hob with oven, washing machine is in the bathroom and can be used free of charge.
