Please close the front door quietly. 6. Please do not eat foods and drink over the bed and down quilts. I have got a table and a sofa, Please use them for eating and drinking. 7. The entire building is a non-smoking area, please never smoke inside the building, neither in the room. btw i can accept if you smoke at the balcony but please close the door when you smoke. If the curtains or wallpapers smell, I have to charge a fee from you deposit. 8. If you have a child with you, please make sure to supervise them and look out for their safety at all times. 9. If we find any breakages in the room, we will subtract the cost of repair from your deposit. 10. Basically check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Please keep that in mind. If you want to Early check-in or delay your check-out time, Basically you can do early check-in only in the situation of no guests leaving my room in the day you will check in. and If there are no guests who are coming to my room in the day when you will check out, you can check out at 1 p.m. If you want these early check-in and late check-out , please ask me if you can or not in advance, the day before your check-in day, or the day before your check-out day. 11. If you lose my room key or if you don`t return my room key, we will subtract 1500THB from your deposit. 12. Please put everything back where they belong. 13. Even though you get injured in my room and my apartment, We can`t take responsibility for that in any reasons. It is your responsibility.
