Bright and cozy 2-room apartment in a central location, 3rd floor with elevator, balcony/south side, covered parking, heated swimming pool, sauna, Wi-Fi (free). Includes bed linen/towels, final cleaning and key service. The apartment house "Haus Nordland" is located in a central, quiet location of Westerland, close to the center and train station. It is only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The space Our bright, friendly apartment no. 75 is on the 3rd floor/ south side (i.e. a lot☀️) and has: Bathroom with shower/toilet Kitchen with stove (glass-ceramic hob) and oven, fridge (freezer), kettle, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of dishes Living room with access to the balcony, sofa bed, dining table with 5 chairs and living room closet, TV/DVD/CD radio/WiFi (free) Bedroom with double bed/wardrobe Before your arrival, the beds will be freshly made and shower and towels are provided. Linen packages for two people as well as final cleaning and key service are already included in the rental price. Each additional laundry package (bedding, 2 large shower towels, 2 small towels and 1 dish towel) is charged at €27.50 per person and is obligatory (exception: infants up to 3 years). Single guests will of course be reimbursed for the cost of the second laundry package. The fee for final cleaning (€85) and key service (€30) is €115 and is already included in the rental price. Therefore, the amount of €170 is displayed for "cleaning fees" (final cleaning/key service + 2x laundry package). Except for the visitor's tax (see Other important information), there are no additional costs. The spa tax (max. €3.90 per adult/day) is billed on site by our apartment manager and is not included in the rental price. Guest access Particularly convenient access to the swimming pool and sauna: Simply take the elevator from the apartment in your bathrobe to the basement, where the swimming pool and sauna are located. The sauna can be used via a coin machine (€0.50 coins). For the use of the swimming pool and/or sauna, there is a list on site in which you can register. Basically, in the last week of January each year, the swimming pool and sauna are not available for use. In the basement, there is also a coin-operated washing machine with dryer, and a ping-pong room. There is a bicycle storage room in the outdoor area. The covered parking area (not suitable for large SUVs) also has the number 75. Other things to note Our apartment manager has his office right next to the entrance to the house. The key is also handed over there or the key safe is located there for flexible check-in. Important note: Guests aged 18 and over are required to pay a visitor's tax (max. €3.90 per day).
