The space This is a rural location, 3/4 mile off of the freeway, on 5 acres. The nearest town is 5 miles with two small restaurants, a gas station . I recommend getting food and drinks before arriving either in Kingman or Las Vegas. We have 2 BBQ grills and a kitchen for your use. The kitchen is stocked with spices and cookware for you to use. The rooms are professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest check in. Guest access Kim is your host and lives onsite. Please message in advance with an estimated time of arrival, the gate is always closed as there are free range cattle in the area. When you arrive at the ranch, the gate located by the light pole is your entrance, roll open to the right and close, and proceed to the house. Kim will greet you and give you a brief tour. During your stay Kim lives on site, her apartment is adjacent to the garage, and will assist you in any way possible. She will show you all areas of the house and answer any questions you may have. Other things to note Travel to our private home is much easier before the darkness hits. In addition, the sunsets are a beautiful part of the evening. This is a rural location and the roads are bumpy, travel slowly and you will be fine. We are 40 miles from Hoover Dam, 40 miles from Lake Mohave, and 20 miles from Chloride.
