The property is surrounded on three sides by the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, an inlet to the north and a bay on the east side. The islands immediately north of the condo are state park and recreation areas, and they include Lovers Key, recently rated by Coastal Living magazine to have one of the ten most romantic beaches in the United States. The gated pool area contains an 80 foot heated in ground pool which is the largest on Bonita Beach, a Tiki Hut with an island bar set-up and stools to enjoy lunch, appetizers, dinner or just relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the gorgeous sunset views, an ice machine, sink, and two restrooms with shower facilities. Just outside the gated pool are two shuffle board and tennis courts (literally) just steps from the beach and ocean, BBQ charcoal grills throughout the complex, game room with pool table, and exercise room with various workout equipment. Our fully air-conditioned and recently remodeled three bedroom condo unit (one of the largest units in the complex) at Bonita Beach Club (Bonita Springs, FL) is located on the 4th floor and has beautiful views of sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, lush tropical gardens and the beautiful pool area all from the front screened lanai patio with a dining area. From the master bedroom and the second bedroom there is direct access to a rear porch balcony with seating to catch early morning sunrises over the turquois blue/green intercostal waterway leading directly out to the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom containing a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and a ceiling fan. The main living area, kitchen, dining, bathrooms and hallway have been updated with 20x20 porcelain tiles and the bedrooms are all white wash hard wood floors.
