Secluded sanctuary in the woods with Mountain View’s just outside of Portland. Relax in the new salt water hot tub or feed the adorable rescue animals. Near Sauvie Island and only 15 mins to DT Portland. Separate entrance and private outdoor patio. Several rescue animals reside on our property and staying here helps provide for them. The space This is a daylight basement apartment in our house. We have sound proofed but keep in mind that you may still hear footsteps from above. We cannot hear anything below us, so feel free to listen to music on the Bluetooth speaker or watch movies all night. There is a kitchenette but not a full kitchen. The location is the best part. You'll feel the relaxation of the country and the woods but you are still close to the city. Our property is 5 acres with a beautiful view of Mount Saint Helens, Mount Adams and Mount Hood. It's also peaceful and fun to share the space with several rescue animals that have been given the chance to share our little slice of paradise. Also the adjacent patio has a table & chairs. - Living room includes flatscreen TV w/Blue Ray DVD player & lots of films - Living room includes Blue Tooth Speaker for music!! - Living room includes fire place - Living room includes sectional sofa & love seat - Pack and play or crib available upon request - Satellite internet/WIFI - Private locked entrance - Patio, deck, fire pit and BBQ - mini fridge, coffee & tea included - Air fryer, Toaster oven, hot plate - play structure on other side of house - fun interactions with animals Other things to note In the woods we can only get satellite internet; meaning that the connection is not as fast as normal cable internet. The only TV is movie's; we will provide several movies, books and board games. The other thing to note is that some of our animals can occasionally be loud during the day but nights are pretty quiet.
