The Tertre de la Nouette

The cottage is located on the first floor of a newly renovated stone farmhouse, in the heart of a hamlet. The entrance is independent (access via an external staircase). You can park in front of the garage of the house. A terrace and a small garden are also available. This place is ideal if you want peace and quiet in a preserved environment. Bike & walking trails are numerous in the area. The Chateaubriant/Guipry Messac greenway is 5 km from the house. The space The space is arranged around the living room with 2 sleeping spaces. Note that the kitchen is small (kitchenette type) but it is well equipped (2-burner induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher). There are 3 independent bedrooms, two of which have a bathroom. Linens are provided. Bathroom linen is not included in the rate and is available upon request. Guest access To get there easily from Bain de Bretagne, take the D53 towards Lalleu. Parking is available in front of the house's garage. Other things to note The hamlet is 5 minutes (5 km) from Bain de Bretagne where you will find shops/restaurants... and 20 minutes from the entrance to Rennes.
