We welcome you to our little cocoon, in a cozy and quiet room with its private bathroom and toilet. A small terrace is reserved for you to enjoy the sun. You will have access to our pretty pool for a little dip (heated from June). The house is located 10 minutes by car from the beaches. There is a bike path at the bottom of the house that takes you to Hossegor or Seignosse beaches. Come and discover our beautiful environment! The space the house is in a very well surrounded subdivision with bike paths and forest. There is a petanque court at the bottom of the subdivision. We provide balls as needed. 10 minutes from beaches and the golf course of Seignosse or Soustons by car. Hossegor is accessible by bike from our home. Bayonne and the Basque Country are a 30-minute drive away. The village has a supermarket, gas station, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy and tobacco store. All this is a 5-minute bike ride away. a happy market is held on Friday morning! Guest access Bed and breakfast but with a space that is entirely dedicated to you (bedroom and private bathroom + toilet) with all the necessary comforts and above all well soundproofed once the door is closed. Sheets and towels are provided. Room access is independent through an external access. No kitchen, but you will have a fridge and garden table + 2 chairs. We provide dishes and cutlery if necessary. Childcare equipment also possible (baby bed, changing mat, high chair). During your stay we are available at any time for any information. We will be happy to share our recommendations ;-) Other things to note - no kitchen - fridge available in the bathroom - Tassimo coffee maker and kettle - pool access (heated from June) -we have 2 cats who will not come into your space and 1 2-year-old child who sleeps very well but who may very very rarely wake up.
